University Tor Vergata to Showcase Smart Sensor Technology at Agrifood Innovation Workshop

The University Tor Vergata (TOR), partner in Cluster 3A, will participate in the upcoming online Agrifood Innovation Workshop (Festival dell’Innovazione Agroalimentare). TOR will present detailed information on a new wearable smart sensor specifically developed for monitoring antinutrients in vegetables.

This presentation is closely aligned with the strategic goals of the COP-PILOT project, and it will display concrete examples of smart sensor devices that will be integral to the project’s exploitation phase.
