DESCRIPTION:COP-PILOT will participate in the Urban Mobility Data Hub (UMDH) event\, “Datos y movilidad: una visión compartida para la ciudad del mañana” (“Data and Mobility: A Shared Vision for the City of Tomorrow”)\, a workshop dedicated to interoperable urban mobility data ecosystems\, autonomous mobility technologies\, and AI-driven services for smart cities. The event brings together public administrations\, municipalities\, universities\, research centres\, mobility experts\, and technology companies working on next-generation mobility and data-sharing infrastructures in Valencia. \nAs part of the event programme\, the partners in COP-PILOT Cluster 2 will present the mobility use case\, showcasing the deployment and operation of mobility radars\, the functionalities of the NEScloud platform\, and the overall architecture and capabilities of the COP-PILOT platform. The participation also supports the dissemination of the COP-PILOT Open Calls initiative and strengthens collaboration with stakeholders from the mobility and smart city ecosystem.

During the session\, VIC presented the city’s approach to data-driven mobility\, highlighting ongoing efforts in integrating IoT sensors\, data platforms\, and safety strategies to foster safer and smarter urban environments.\nThe presentation directly contributes to COP-PILOT by showcasing real urban mobility use cases in València that serve as testbeds for the project. The focus on data interoperability\, citizen safety\, and pilot-based validation matches COP-PILOT’s core objectives: ensuring that innovative technologies can be integrated\, scaled\, and evaluated in real-life city contexts.\nThese insights will feed into the project’s development of interoperable solutions for mobility.
