SUMMARY:IFIP ICTSS 2026
DESCRIPTION:OneSource Presented COP-PILOT-Related Research at IFIP ICTSS 2026\nOne Source participated in the 38th International Conference on Testing Software and Systems (IFIP ICTSS 2026)\, where it presented the paper “Evaluation of LLM Moderators Through Multi-Judge Council Scoring”. \nThe paper explored approaches to evaluating the reliability\, policy alignment\, and explainability of decisions generated by Large Language Models (LLMs). Its findings highlighted the importance of robust evaluation methods and human oversight\, particularly when multiple AI models are involved in decision-making. \n \nThis work is relevant to COP-PILOT’s development of AI-assisted service onboarding and orchestration\, where trustworthy and reliable AI outputs are essential. The proposed evaluation framework offers insights that could support the validation of AI-driven processes\, helping identify inconsistencies\, assess decision quality\, and flag cases requiring human review. \nThrough this contribution\, OneSource supported COP-PILOT’s efforts to advance reliable\, transparent\, and trustworthy AI technologies across the Cloud-Edge-IoT continuum. \nOneSource’s presentation is available here (Day 3 – Industry Track II: AI and LLMs in Industrial Testing) \nLearn more about the paper

SUMMARY:Regional Workshop Standards for Cloud-Edge-IoT ecosystems
DESCRIPTION:COP-PILOT Contributes to Workshop on Standards for Cloud-Edge-IoT Ecosystems\nCOP-PILOT Horizon will participate in the Workshop on Standards for Cloud-Edge-IoT Ecosystems\, taking place on 23 June 2026 at AFNOR in Paris\, France. The event will bring together experts from industry\, research\, standardization bodies\, and European initiatives to discuss the future of standards supporting interoperable Cloud-Edge-IoT ecosystems. \nAs digital infrastructures become increasingly distributed and interconnected\, the development of common frameworks and standards is essential to ensure interoperability\, scalability\, security\, and trust across domains. The workshop will provide a forum for stakeholders to exchange perspectives on current standardization activities and identify priorities for future developments at both European and international levels. \nCOP-PILOT will be represented by project partner NETCOMPANY\, with Konstantinos Fragkos presenting the project\, its main components\, and its contribution to standards. The presentation highlighted the project’s impact on standards through the CEI Hourglass Model\, using Cluster 3A as a practical example. \nThe workshop will also showcase the strong collaboration between COP-PILOT and the wider Cloud-Edge-IoT ecosystem\, including initiatives such as CEI-Sphere\, O-CEI\, LICORICE\, and INSTAR\, as well as engagement with relevant standardization bodies\, including ISO/IEC JTC 1/SC 41. \nThrough its participation\, COP-PILOT will demonstrate how its platform architecture supports secure and interoperable multi-domain orchestration while contributing practical insights from real-world deployments to ongoing standardization efforts. These activities play an important role in ensuring that future Cloud-Edge-IoT ecosystems are built upon open\, scalable\, and widely adopted standards capable of supporting Europe’s digital transformation. \nRead more here.
