This pipeline integrates hardware-aware model search\, hyperparameter tuning\, and flat minima training strategies\, ensuring high prediction accuracy and robustness even in demanding real-world environments. \nRepresented by Alexandros Machairas\, Junior Edge AI Engineer\, enakronIC demonstrated how this methodology supports the automated inspection of electricity grid insulators — a key capability for predictive maintenance and operational safety in modern energy networks. \nWithin COP-PILOT\, this work directly contributes to Cluster 3E\, particularly Use Case # 3E.1\, where the same optimization approach is leveraged to power advanced analytics services for intelligent grid monitoring and fault detection. \nThrough its participation in EEAI 2025\, enakronIC continues to advance trustworthy\, efficient\, and scalable Edge AI solutions that strengthen the digital backbone of Europe’s energy infrastructure.
