DESCRIPTION:On October 29\, 2025\, JIG\, COP-PILOT partner in Cluster 4\, attended a working group session organized by the Hub for Digitalization and Wine\, part of the Spanish Wine Federation (FEV). The online session\, open to FEV members\, focused on digitalization applied to winery production processes. \nJIG participated as chairpersons and presented the use case “The value of data generated through sensor technology in bottling lines”\, highlighting how sensor-generated data can optimize operations and discussing future developments within COP-PILOT.
